The management of the affairs, property, business and control of policy of the Association is vested in the Board of Directors. Each committee shall make recommendations to the Board of Directors concerning the Association’s policy in all administrative matters and make recommendations for implementation of operational policies and programs needed to efficiently run the NRCHA.
