To become an NRCHA judge, applicants must attend an NRCHA Judges Seminar, complete the NRCHA Sixth Chair Judge Education Training, and successfully pass the NRCHA Judge Test administered upon completion of both educational programs. NRCHA 6th Chair Judge Education Training
Many of our newer judges have asked for opportunities to sharpen their skills in a live setting with feedback and instruction from a higher rated judge. Because of this, NRCHA is proud to offer a 6th Chair Judge Education Training. A 6th Chair Judge Education Training is also now a requirement to become an NRCHA judge.
The next 6th Chair Judge Education Training at the NRCHA Kimes Ranch Derby. This seminar will be taught by Bozo Rogers, a respected horseman, and a “AAAA” judge who has just been a part of the 2026 NRCHA CINCH Stallion Stakes Premier Event Judging Team.
This will be a LIVE Seminar, May 30-June1, 2026 in Scottsdale, AZ for $450, including lunches. Registration is limited to the first 12 participants to ensure a high-quality, small-group learning experience.
