The National Reined Cow Horse Association is currently accepting applications for three full-time positions at its headquarters in Weatherford, Texas. These roles support the continued growth of NRCHA’s premier events, member communications, and program initiatives.

NRCHA Premier Event Coordinator – Closes May 6

The Premier Event Coordinator plays a critical role in the planning, execution, and on-site management of NRCHA’s five premier events each year. This position works closely with the Director of Shows and staff to ensure events run efficiently and deliver a high-quality experience for members, exhibitors, and partners. NRCHA Communications & Production Coordinator – Closes May 13

This role supports NRCHA’s growing communications efforts while assisting with event production. The Communications & Production Coordinator helps develop and execute member communications and contribute to storytelling efforts that reflect the NRCHA brand. NRCHA Programs & Foundation Coordinator – Closes May 13

The Programs & Foundation Coordinator supports the development and execution of NRCHA programs, clinics, and Foundation initiatives. This position plays a key role in driving member engagement, supporting youth and educational opportunities, and assisting with fundraising and donor relations.
