NRCHA Modifies World Show Qualification for the 2020 Show Season

After extensive research and consideration, the National Reined Cow Horse Association Board of Directors have modified World Show qualification requirements for the 2020 show season.

The show season will end on November 15, 2020, as usual, but the “top twenty” and “in the same region” requirements have been waived for this year.

How to qualify for Open and Non Pro classes:
1) Compete at least three times in a given class in at least three NRCHA-approved shows in ANY region   AND
2) Earn at least 1/2 point

OR
Be a Finalist at the AQHA or APHA World Shows

How to qualify for Youth classes (no change):
Compete at least three times in a given class in at least three NRCHA-approved shows in ANY region

OR
Be a Finalist at the AQHA or APHA World Shows

NRCHA Regional, World and National standings will be awarded the same as previous years.

The 2021 Celebration of Champions is scheduled February 11 – 20, 2021 at the iconic Will Rogers Memorial Center & Facilities. The association’s first premier event of the year will include the World’s Greatest Horseman, World’s Greatest Youth Horseman, Cow Horse Derby and World Championship classes.
