MILLER INTERNATIONAL CONTINUES LONG-TIME NRCHA SUPPORT THROUGH FUTURITY SPONSORSHIP

As the interest in reined cow horse grows, so does the desire to continue supporting the most exciting Western performance facet of the industry, and Cinch is leading the way. Rocky Mountain Clothing Company, a division of Miller International, renewed support of the National Reined Cow Horse Association through its Cinch brand sponsorship, remaining an NRCHA Corporate Partner and the title sponsor of the Intermediate Open division for the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity® through 2024.

Longtime sponsor Cinch not only supports the association overall, but also provides the Intermediate Open Champion with the support needed to provide a healthy division purse that is paid out among preliminary and Finals run awards. The Cinch Intermediate Open division helps up-and-coming reined cow horse trainers continue to pursue their careers. The Western wear company, based in Denver, Colorado, supports the equine industry by creating quality jeans, shirts and casual wear that stands up to the horse show lifestyle.

“We have over 25 years of experience working in an industry that embraces the tradition of hard work and dedication, and are committed to ensuring that it carries on. We are thrilled to continue our long-standing partnership with the team at the National Reined Cow Horse Association – an organization that aligns itself with the same core values that Cinch believes in,” said Jessica Wahlert marketing manager for Cinch, Cruel Denim and Miller Ranch.”

Additionally, Cinch supports the growing membership coming into NRCHA from the National High School Rodeo Association annually by sponsor the National High School Finals Rodeo clinic. The increase in NHSRA participants in reined cow horse grew to its largest field in 2021, with more than 108 competitors

“We love to work together with multiple association partners and bring professional NRCHA trainers to the youth competitors of the National High School Rodeo Association and give them a free opportunity to learn from some of their mentors in the sport,” continued Wahlert. “It is exciting to see the collaboration of the youth to the professionals and watch those young individuals flourish into the trainers later in their careers. Those synergies continue to be evident when we look at many of our professional Cinch Team members who are NRCHA athletes as well, showing some of the most talented equine athletes that this sport has to offer. By investing in a continued partnership with the NRCHA, we are able to work together to support so many layers of the industry, aiding in the overall success of our industry, together.”

“Cinch’s ongoing support of  NRCHA and our of riders of all ages and divisions is greatly appreciated,” said Anna Morrison, NRCHA executive director. “Cinch jeans, shirts and outerwear are proudly worn by our members – especially our hard-earned Snaffle Bit Futurity Finalist jackets!”
