Scottsdale, Arizona-based Discount Tire has joined the National Reined Cow Horse Association Corporate Partner family, with a sponsorship that will elevate the added money for the 2014 NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity Non Pro to $100,000.

National Reined Cow Horse Association Executive Director Jay Winborn announced the new Discount Tire partnership at the NRCHA Hackamore Classic. Wilson and Susan Lyle, representing Discount Tire, were in Pueblo, Colo., for the event.

“The Lyles and Discount Tire have been reined cow horse supporters and participants for a number of years. We are so pleased to take that great relationship to the next level with this Corporate Partnership. For the first time in the NRCHA’s history, the Non Pro Futurity added money will be in the six figures. This is an exciting development and a crucial step in our continuing goal of growth for the association,” said NRCHA Executive Director Jay Winborn.
“Discount Tire is now our highest-level NRCHA Corporate Partner. We look forward to developing this relationship, and I would like to urge our NRCHA members to thank Discount Tire by becoming their customers.”

Besides the NRCHA Corporate Partnership, Discount Tire also committed $10,000 to the NRCHA Affiliate, the Colorado Reined Cow Horse Association.
