Cayley Wilson – Rosston, Teas

Hello, I am Cayley Wilson and I was born and raised in British Columbia, Canada where I trained and showed horses before myself, my wife Katie, and daughters Ryley and Gracie moved to North Central Texas in June of 2021. Moving down here was nothing short of God’s hand stretched out over our lives. Since moving to Texas, I have been blessed to make Open Finals each year. 2022 was an amazing year, coming in 3rd on Nothing But Blu and clinching the Open Reserve Championship in the Intermediate Open. In 2023, with the help of my great team, we advanced 3 of 6 horses shown into the Open Snaffle Bit Futurity Finals. This was certainly a career highlight for me, my family, and our owners. In 2024, we were blessed to take WR Superstar to Open Finals and again in 2025 on Tuff Reys. I have had the pleasure to serve on the NRCHA Board over the past 7 years as Head of the Professionals Committee and also sitting on the Judges Committee. I currently hold a AAAA Judge status for the National Reined Cow Horse Association and enjoy judging several shows a year. Being on the board is important to me because I want to make a difference. I want to help better the NRCHA and our shows and be a voice for trainers, members, and owners. I am so grateful to be involved with such a wonderful Community of people and Professional Organization, such as the NRCHA. I consider you all part of my NRCHA Family and I look forward to the opportunity to serve you again on the NRCHA Board of Directors, thank you for your consideration.

Ben Baldus – Gainesville, Texas

Hello, I'm Ben Baldus from Gainesvile, TX. For the past 10 years, my wife and I have operated Baldus Horsemanship- a full service training program with Open horses of all levels, as well as Non Pro and Youth coaching. My business also includes AQHA Versatility and Stock Horse of Texas events, as additional facets of the industry. I have found that having this diversity has given me an opportunity to understand and include the perspectives of each member. It's been an honor to serve on the NRCHA Board of Directors for the past 4 years. In that time, I have served as co-chairman of Affiliates and Show Committee, with both of these roles teaching me about the needs and goals of the members. From show and practice schedules, to show representative, to cattle selections- I am working hard to listen to our members, and to do my utmost to help this association be the very best we can be! I'd be grateful for your vote and for the opportunity to continue working on the Board of Directors.

Trey Neal – Weatherford, Texas

I have been a board member for many years now and have been part of many changes and advancements of the Association over those years. I was and continue to be part of the Task Force that developed and is working to further promote the new Stallion Incentive program so that we can fully promote the reined cow horse. Most recently I was directly involved in the daily progress of getting our new office remodeled and ready for staff to move into the new home of the NRCHA. I have been part of our ongoing information technology upgrades so that we can hopefully move to newer and more reliable systems and retire old systems that no longer serve the needs of the association. In addition to those projects, I also have served as the Chairman of the Ethics Committee for the last several years. If you are inclined, I would like to ask for your vote so that I can continue to help move the Association forward, further promote the growth of the Association and work to maintain the high standards the NRCHA represents.

Kelby Phillips – Weatherford, Texas

My name is Kelby Phillips, and I have been a member of the NRCHA since 2006. I, along with my wife Abbie, live in Weatherford, TX, and have dedicated much of our lives to the National Reined Cow Horse Association. Over the past few years, the association has experienced significant growth, and my goal is to help continue that momentum in a sustainable way that benefits all members of the NRCHA community. I am deeply passionate about supporting everyone who wants to be involved in the sport, from new youth members to ranch cowboys. Helping people find their place in this industry and encouraging their involvement is something I care about greatly. With years of experience in the sport, I would be honored to give back to the industry and contribute to the ongoing success of the NRCHA. Thank you for your support.

Tina McCleary – Millsap, Texas

As I transition from my employment with the NRCHA, I hope to continue supporting the organization by serving on the Board of Directors. I joined NRCHA in 2017 to become a show secretary. Those years have given me comprehensive experience in every aspect of show management and production – from local affiliate shows to premier events. I have also been deeply involved in the rule development process, from initial concept through implementation, giving me a practical understanding of how policies affect our members and events at every level. My greatest commitment, however, remains at the roots of our industry: our affiliate shows and the youth, non pro, and lower-level open riders who make up the foundation of the NRCHA community. These members are essential to the long-term health and growth of the association, and I would be honored to represent their interests on the board. With my operational experience, historical knowledge, and passion for strengthening all levels of participation, I believe I can provide meaningful insight and a steady, informed voice in board discussions. I am eager to continue contributing to the NRCHA’s success and to help ensure the organization remains positive, progressive, and supportive of every rider who steps into the arena. Thank you for your consideration.

Tawny Fye – Stratton, Colorado

Hi, I’m Tawny Fye. I have been an NRCHA member for 12 years. In that time I’ve done everything from work the back gate for the Colorado affiliate, manage horse shows at the affiliate level and I have also been a part of the show management team for the NRCHA running the back gate at major events, helping with production of the finals and as well as scribing at major events and helping out in the practice pens when needed. Currently, I sit on the board for one of the leading affiliates of the NRCHA, the Colorado Reined Cowhorse Association, where I’ve been a board member for 6 years and served as their president for the past 4 years, in addition to managing the CRCA shows. If elected to the NRCHA Board, I would love to help the NRCHA in continuing to move forward and be a part of this extraordinary sport that I love. I see this organization for all angles from owning cow horses, and showing them, to working the shows at various levels. As a potential board member, it’s important for you to know that I’m here to listen to all sides and I’m not afraid to work at finding the best solutions to any problems that may arise in order to make it better for the NRCHA membership as a whole. At the end of the day, I would rather work harder and lose sleep so we can all have a better show tomorrow!

Chris Krieg – Tulare, California

My name is Chris Krieg. I have been an NRCHA professional horse trainer at Ward Ranch since 2008. I have worked my way up in the industry the last 17 years to becoming a top 30 Open rider. I have also spent the last 8 years on the California Reined Cow Horse Association (CRCHA) Board of Directors, with the last four years serving as President. In this time the CRCHA has created two events, with payouts that have helped keep the west coast cow horse industry thriving. The board experience that I have from the last 8 years has taught me how to be a productive representative for the members of the NRCHA. I hope to be an active board member (if elected) that brings a realistic approach that helps create a fun and affordable experience for the owners and competitors of the NRCHA.

Diane Edwards – Whitesboro, Texas

I have enjoyed being an elected Board member for the NRCHA for the last few years! am asking for your vote so that I can continue to contribute to an organization that is so important to me. It also keeps another Non Pro “voice” on the Board. The growth of the NRCHA and its Premiere Events is a current hot topic that I would like to be involved in. This means finding the right host facilities that meet our needs for stalls, arenas, cattle and local area amenities as our shows continue to get larger. Along with that, work on payout growth both in total dollars as well as the dollars that get spread to the winning horses, riders and owners. It is a responsibility to be a Board member and I take that responsibility very seriously. It has also been an honor to represent my peers and I will continue to do my best for you. Thank you.

Reanna Dillman – Calhan, Colorado

My name is Reanna Dillman, and I am excited to seek a position on the National Reined Cow Horse Association Board of Directors. For over 11 years, I have served as a board member of the Colorado Reined Cowhorse Association, gaining firsthand experience with the full spectrum of putting on, and running a show from start to finish. As an NRCHA horse show secretary for multiple affiliates across different regions, I’ve witnessed the diverse needs, unique problems, and exceptional strengths each club has. My background throughout my history in the reined cowhorse as a trainer, non pro, owner, trainers’ spouse, breeder, and show producer has given me a well-rounded perspective on every facet of our industry. If elected, my priority will be to strengthen communication between the NRCHA board of directors, the affiliates, and the members. I believe open dialogue and collaboration are key to ensuring that everyone’s voice is heard and that our association continues to grow with integrity and purpose. I feel strongly about supporting those who work tirelessly to produce shows both at the national level and the affiliate level, and helping our members feel informed, valued, and represented. With dedication, transparency, and a deep love for the reined cowhorse, I am committed to serving our association and helping guide it toward a strong and sustainable future. I would be honored to earn your support for the NRCHA Board of Directors.

Rachel Cobb – Belton, South Carolina

Hello, I am Rachel Cobb. I am honored to be encouraged by several fellow members to run for the NRCHA Board of Directors – members who have seen my commitment firsthand and my ongoing efforts to help grow reined cow horse. I helped establish, and currently serve as President of the Southeastern Reined Cow Horse Association, and I am a proud lifetime member of the NRCHA. I also bring prior board and leadership experience, having service two terms as a board member and two terms on the Executive Board as Treasurer for the Upper State Apartment Association. Our cow horse community is built on tradition, dedication, and the shared goal of strengthening our sport for generations to come. I believe in transparent leadership, fair competition, and expanding opportunities for everyone – from youth and green riders to owners, breeders and professionals. If elected, I will focus on clear communication with members, supporting programs that build the future of our sport, and ensuring the NRCHA continues to thrive both financially and culturally. It would be an honor to serve and represent you. I humbly ask for your support and your vote.

Scott Short – Caldwell, Idaho

Passion, compassion, growth. These 3 pillars are why I am putting my name forward to sit on the Board of Directors. For background I am a farrier by trade, and have acted as Show Farrier for multiple Premiere events, along with serving at competitions across the Northwest and West Coast. I successfully competed in other cattle events for my earlier adult life until falling in love with the Reined Cowhorse. I have multiple titles in both the horse show classes and the limited age events, and enjoy the process of developing a young horse into our ultimate goal: the bridle horse. I feel it is also my duty to give back to the industry that has put food on my table, and as such I sit on the board of the Idaho Reined Cow Horse Association, and played a key role in the win as Affiliate of the Year. I can serve the membership in a very unique way as an industry professional who competes as a Non-Pro. This combines my passion and compassion by viewing the sport from both angles. I can problem-solve in a way that attempts to best serve both myself as a competitor, and my customers who sustain me This multi-faceted viewpoint will be a positive asset to facilitate healthy growth on a national scale.

Eric Stevenson – Kalgary, Texas

Thank you for your consideration for the 2026 NRCHA Board of Directors. I also serve on the Board of Directors and hold the position of Treasurer of the Rio Blanco Soil and Water District. Katie and I are both active NRCHA Non-Pros. My passion is all things reined cow horse, so it would be an honor to serve the entire membership and play a role in the continued success o f the NRCHA.

Shadd Parkinson – Scottsdale, Arizona

Our association is experiencing tremendous momentum, and my goal is simple: protect it, grow it, and ensure it benefits every member – youth, non pros, and professionals alike. The future of our sport depends on the next generation, and I believe strongly in creating opportunities for youth riders to learn, compete, and feel supported. Additionally, our non pro members are the backbone of the NRCHA. They deserve programs, events, and leadership decisions that make participation rewarding, accessible, and enjoyable. Effective leadership requires more than experience – it requires perspective. I am committed to examining every challenge and every decision from all sides, not just how it affects one group or ones own circumstances. Strong leaders listen first, seek to understand, and make choices that benefit the entire NRCHA community. I bring many years of NRCHA involvement, a steady mindset, and a deep respect for the traditions of our sport. At the same time, I embrace innovation that helps the NRCHA continue its growth. If elected, I will work to maintain our momentum, strengthen our programs, and ensure that every member, at every level, feels heard, valued, and represented. I would be grateful for your support. Together, we can continue building a bright future for the NRCHA.

Jordan Williams – Rhome, Texas

I've been a member of the NRCHA for 12 years and feel it's time for me to give back to the association that has given so much to me.

Beverly Servi – Durango, Colorado

Please vote for me: I bring a powerful blend of leadership, vision, and deep industry experience to the NRCHA Board elections. Over the past three years on the NRCHA Board, I’ve been a dedicated contributor to long-term strategic planning, including the Cow Horse Incentive Program—that has expanded opportunities across every level of our sport. Known for my drive, creativity, and collaborative mindset, I believe in building programs and structures that work for everyone—from first-time owners to seasoned competitors. My focus is on strengthening member engagement and increasing the value of the cow horse to the highest level. I am ready to continue bringing my energy, business acumen, and heart for the cow horse community into another term of service. It would be an honor to keep representing NRCHA members and help build a strong, sustainable future for generations to come.

Vote for Beverly — a committed leader with a proven record of vision, action, and results.

Lori Wyman – Osceola, Nebraska

My name is Lori Wyman.  I serve in a professional capacity as VP of Solutions: Stonehedge, at StoneX Group, Inc.  My husband, Richard, and I farm and ranch on land tended by generations before us—a legacy built on hard work, grit, determination, and respect for the land, where we also raised our family.  We grow corn, alfalfa, run a commercial Angus cow herd, and breed/compete on American Quarter Horses. Horses that stay in our program work for a living—pulling sick calves, riding fence lines, sorting pairs, or whatever job is needed.  Many also excel in the arena, competing in the PRCA team roping circuit, the NRCHA World’s Greatest Horseman and Snaffle Bit Futurity, the NCHA Futurity, and major Rope Horse Futurities. I served on the Board this past year and am the Owners Committee Chair. This role has strengthened my dedication to advocating for owners and supporting their essential place in our sport. I am committed to honoring generations who built this association while ensuring its strength for generations ahead.    By supporting grassroots affiliates, empowering owners, fostering collaboration among trainers, breeders, youth, and embracing strategic growth initiatives, we can continue advancing NRCHA and strengthen its future.   I will work to bring creativity, professionalism, and a future focused perspective to every decision. Together we can position NRCHA as the leader in the western performance horse industry.

Jay McLaughlin –  Amarillo, Texas

As a member of your NRCHA board of directors, I will serve the membership with selflessness & consideration for the future of the NRCHA. Over the last 8 years, l have built a team atmosphere in my program because I have a passion for coaching non pro & youth riders. I am an advocate for our non pro & youth riders, for those new to the NRCHA, to ensure that they have the resources they need to be set up for success from day one. Educating the public on our sport & how to get started in i t is an important subject to me. I see many riders cross over from other disciplines, have a bad experience, usually due to lack of education & guidance, & they throw in the towel. Our sport is the one that if you're from the reining, cutting, hunter/jumper world, etc. & you get a chance to witness the camaraderie, the thrill of it all coming down to the fence work, & that a t the end o f the day we're all one big team a s a membership, supportive of one another, you're an excited new NRCHA member. I feel that it is important to offer more programs & resources for new members so that they can continue to have a passion for the industry & feel supported & guided by the Association. As an NRCHA board member, I will serve the membership, the Association, the sponsors, and the businesses that are a large part of the goods & services that support the membership. I will do so with a mindset that i s focused on the good of the members, the reined cow horse sport, & the Association. I can be counted on to be an involved board member, reachable by the membership, & to listen to all parties on all sides of proposals & issues. It would be a privilege to serve the NRCHA membership on the board again & I look forward to working with everyone as a team.
