Chic Please (Smart Chic Olena x San O Lenita x Tenino San), foaled in 1995, was bred by M S & B Enterprises, Gainesville, Texas. Trained and shown by NRCHA $1 Million Rider Todd Bergen, Chic Please achieved the remarkable feat of capturing the NRCHA Snaffle Bit Futurity Open Reserve Championship and then, a few weeks later, winning the National Reining Horse Association Open Championship. Chic Please earned $209,184 in reining and cow horse money during his competitive career.

Chic Please has fathered offspring with $1,028,481.96 in NRCHA earnings. His top performing cow horse foal is No Chic Flicks (out of Pandalita Star x Grays Starlight), a 2007 gelding bred by Pam Crawford, Blanchard, Okla., and owned by Ronnie & Karin Richards, Kingsburg, Calif. Shown in Open competition by NRCHA Professional Justin Wright, and in the Non-Pro by the Richards’ daughter, Laurie Richards Ward, No Chic Flicks has earned $124,150 in reined cow horse money.

Chic Please was purchased from his breeder in 1997 by Arcese Quarter Horses. He changed hands in 2009, and was owned by Mosing & Solum Stables, LLC, until January 2013. Chic Please is now owned by Sergio Eduardo Zermeno Robles, Brownsville, Texas.
