Pilot Point, Texas—Following the National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) Kimes Ranch Derby, Woody Be Tuff crossed yet another threshold, becoming an NRCHA Three Million Dollar Sire. Woody Be Tuff (Nitas Wood x Tuffs Junie x Tuff Lena) is owned by Solo Select Horses and Kaleb Terlip and stands at the Lazy E in Guthrie, Oklahoma. The 2001 Quarter Horse stallion became an NRCHA Million Dollar Sire just four years ago, in 2021.

Woody Be Tuff holds more than $351,000 in earnings of his own in National Cutting Horse Association competition. But his real mark has been—and continues to be—his prowess as a sire across all Western performance events, from reined cow horse to cutting, roping to ranch horse events. His leading earners are some of the biggest names in reined cow horse (earning as of June 23, 2025).
