Each year, the NRCHA hosts a handful of Cowboy Clinics nationwide to promote and grow the Cowboy Class at NRCHA events. Each clinic has NRCHA professionals teamed up with working ranch cowboys and cowgirls to expose them to the sport of reined cow horse. The clinic focuses on increasing participants’ horsemanship, and provide one-on-one coaching through the herd work, reined work, cow work, and steer stopping. Additionally, attendees will educated on the NRCHA judges system with a breakdown of how each event is judged and each score card used.
