Weatherford, Texas — The National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) proudly celebrates Never Reylinquish as the association’s newest $500,000 Dam, a testament to her lasting influence in the reined cow horse industry.
Owned by Billy Wolf of Whitesboro, Texas and bred by Don Ballard, Never Reylinquish is a 2005 sorrel mare by Dual Rey and out of Look Never Mind, a daughter of Squeak Toy. A proven performer herself, she earned $84,709 in lifetime NCHA earnings before establishing an extraordinary legacy as a producer.
Her impact is best reflected in her accomplished offspring, including ARA Rebel King, the 2025 NRCHA CINCH Stallion Stakes Open Champion with lifetime earnings of more than $277,000, and A Reyl Rebel, the 2024 NRCHA Open Derby Champion with lifetime earnings exceeding $196,000. These stallions, both sired by Metallic Rebel, exemplify the strength of Never Reylinquish’s genetics and the quality she passes to her foals.
Never Reylinquish’s continued success as a broodmare underscores the power of proven bloodlines and the important role of mares in shaping the future of reined cow horse competition.
“Never Reylinquish represents the kind of mare that elevates our entire industry,” shared NRCHA Executive Director Emily Konkel. “Her consistency as a producer, paired with the success of her offspring on our biggest stages, is a testament to the influence great mares have on the future of reined cow horse. We are proud to recognize her as an NRCHA $500,000 Dam.”
