The National Reined Cow Horse Association proudly announces its partnership with GeneTech Animal Reproduction, an advanced center for equine reproduction based in Purcell, Oklahoma, with additional locations around the world specializing in intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and advanced semen analysis services.

By using cutting-edge technology, highly skilled veterinary practitioners and embryologists, and a deep understanding of equine genetics, GeneTech sets new benchmarks in the equine breeding industry. Their commitment to quality and innovation is evident through their comprehensive suite of services that encompass every aspect of the ICSI process in addition to their continued commitment to in-house research.

“GeneTech and NRCHA share a deep-rooted commitment to the equine athlete and the advancement of horsemanship,” shared Thiago Boechat, co-founder of GeneTech Animal Reproduction. “Both organizations are dedicated to supporting the breeders, owners, and competitors who shape the future of the sport. GeneTech provides the advanced reproductive tools and technology that allow breeders to preserve and extend elite bloodlines, while NRCHA elevates those same bloodlines through competition and recognition. Initiatives like the Cow Horse Incentive further strengthen this alignment by rewarding performance excellence and enhancing the value of horses bred for success in the arena.”

Additionally, GeneTech and NRCHA share a respect for and commitment to legacy and the sense of community the sport has nurtured.

“Breeding represents the past, present, and future of our industry, and partnering with GeneTech, a leading equine reproductive center, positions NRCHA and its members to have access to and support from the most cutting-edge technologies and highly trained experts,” shared NRCHA Executive Director Emily Konkel. “We’re excited to welcome GeneTech to the NRCHA family.”

Boechat agreed with that excitement for this partnership.

“By supporting programs like the Cow Horse Incentive, GeneTech is proud to help advance the development of elite equine athletes and contribute to the continued growth, performance, and excellence of the sport,” he said.
