Specifications
PSAs
PSA scripts for the show announcer can be up to 15 seconds in length. They should be sent to Kate Byars at kate@nrcha.com.
Webcast Commercials/Video & Ads Commercials/video files for the webcast and in-arena video should be sent to kate@nrcha.com and the specs are provided below. Videos can be delivered via FTP or Dropbox. Time: 30 sec preferred (please confirm your contracted agreement on time/number) Acceptable formats are .mov, .avi, .mp4 files. Minimum specs of 1280px x 720px Static ads should be 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Arena Signs
Arena signs are 3’x6’ horizontal. Graphics provided should be created to full scale to provide the clearest sign possible and sent in vector format (PDF) or large JPG. Files should be submitted via Dropbox. Any questions regarding signs should be submitted to Anna Morrison or Kate Byars.
Vinyl Banners
Banners are provided by the sponsor. There is no standard size for these. We will hang these on the show grounds in various locations (facility entrance, practice pen areas). Banners are retained by the NRCHA for reuse. Contact NRCHA for more information and shipping instructions as it may vary by show. 940-488-1500.
