The National Reined Cow Horse Association is now accepting applications for the role of Executive Director, a key leadership position responsible for guiding the organization’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations.
Based at NRCHA Headquarters in Weatherford, Texas, the Executive Director will work closely with the Board of Directors, staff, and industry partners to oversee association programs, national events, membership initiatives, sponsorship relationships, and communications. This role plays a critical part in supporting the continued growth, integrity, and visibility of the sport of reined cow horse.
The position requires strong leadership experience, organizational and operational management skills, and a deep understanding of the western performance horse industry. Responsibilities include oversight of premier NRCHA events, sponsorship development, member engagement, marketing and communications strategy, and collaboration with the NRCHA Foundation.
