PATTY TIBERG JOINS THE NATIONAL REINED COW HORSE ASSOCIATION

The National Reined Cow Horse Association (NRCHA) welcomes Patty Tiberg as the Incentive Program and Marketing Manager. She joins NRCHA with over 25 years of experience in the Western industry.

Growing up in a rural town on Long Island, Tiberg developed a passion for horses at a young age while competing in AQHA events. Most recently, she served as the chief marketing and business development officer for the American Quarter Horse Association. In her role, she managed the Association’s corporate partnerships, marketing, sales, and media platforms to promote AQHA’s mission, programs, and events.

Prior to AQHA, Tiberg served as vice president of the Morris Media Network Equine Group, the parent company of several equine industry media brands and event platforms, including Western Horseman, Quarter Horse News, Barrel Horse News, Reined Cow Horse News, and Road to the Horse.

“As I embark on this exciting opportunity with NRCHA, I am thrilled to merge my passion for reined cow horse with my project management and marketing experience,” Tiberg said. “I look forward to advancing the incentive program and amplifying the excitement around this incredible sport.”

Tiberg will start her new role with NRCHA on May 20, 2024, and will take over the management of the NRCHA Incentive Program, which NRCHA launched earlier this year. As part of her role, Tiberg will be responsible for enrolling stallions and their offspring. Additionally, she will be working with the staff and task force on the future development and growth of this transformative program.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Patty Tiberg to NRCHA! Her expertise and passion are sure to make a significant impact as we continue our mission around the NRCHA Incentive Program,” said Emily Konkel, NRCHA Executive Director. “Join us in extending a warm welcome as we commence this exciting journey together.”
