Purpose of Committee
The Marketing Committee is dedicated to support all disciplines of the NRCHA. The current committee consists of individuals that are owners, sponsors, participants and breeders. The common thread amongst the committee members is they all have marketing degrees, or equestrian backgrounds. This group has a strong passion for the NRCHA and looks forward to helping promote our organization to greater heights.
Mission Statement
We are dedicated to expand membership, increase spectator attendance, assist in promoting horse sales, and breeding programs, via both strategic and target marketing. We are committed to using the most cost effective media methods to support the NRCHA, such as social networks, print, and TV. The marketing group is also committed to all disciplines within the NRCHA, to insure fair and equitable marketing is available to all, including trainers, owners, sponsors, participants, spectators and interested individuals. The bottom line we want to promote the NRCHA as fun!

Deirdre (Dee Dee) Hill of Salt Lake City, Utah has been involved with and in love with horses since the day she was born. For 17 years prior to coming to Salt Lake City as General Manger of a regional concert ticketing company Dee Dee was employed by the Kansas Coliseum in Wichita, Kansas where she worked closely with local and regional economic development groups to bring National Livestock events to the Multi-purpose facility.
Dee Dee is currently serving on the Board of the Utah Reined Cow Horse Association.

Holly Gregory is a board member of the Council of Rural and Affordable Housing and the current President of NVCARH. President of Weststates Property Management Company, she is also the co-owner of Gregory Development Group, G & T Construction and NRCHA Leading Breeder-recognized Ruby View Quarter Horses. She is General Partner in numerous affordable housing communities.Both Holly and her husband, Jim were recognized by Spectrum Companies with the "2006 Excellence in the Industry Award."
Prior to becoming self employed Holly worked for 3M Corporation as a leading sales director, dealing primarily with corporate executives.
Amanda Gardiner

Amanda Gardiner's education and experience is in the marketing arena. She served as the Director of Marketing for a regional consulting firm, working with market research and strategy, public relations, advertising, product education and sales. Amanda lives in Ashland, Kansas and works with her husband, Garth, in the family's "Genetically Progressive and Proven, Seedstock Operation", Gardiner Angus Ranch. As operators of Gardiner Quarter Horses, Amanda and Garth have enjoyed the success of their stallion, Hes Wright On, and have also assembled an exceptional set of mares, many of which they show.
